PILATES FOR OSTEOPOROSIS

Tuesdays | 10 am | The Reformed Method

 This 55 minute mat class is designed for people with osteoporosis or osteopenia. We will work to build strength, create flexibility and improve balance. Helpful props (but not required) include a mat, foam roller, small fitness ball, light weights, and theraband or Pilates ring.
