REFORMED YOGA
This 55 minute mat class combines the relaxation and mindfulness of yoga, the stability and control of Pilates, and the rhythm and movement of barre, providing a safe and effective alternative to injury-prone exercise. Please bring a mat. Limited props will be available.

PILATES FOR OSTEOPOROSIS
This 55 minute online mat class is designed for people with osteoporosis or osteopenia. We work to build strength and flexibility and improve balance. Helpful props (but not required) include a mat, foam roller, small fitness ball, light weights, and theraband or Pilates ring.
