For those seeking a tailored group fitness approach, follow along at home with specialized classes formatted to address the needs of specific populations.

PILATES FOR OSTEOPOROSIS*

This 55 minute mat class is designed for people with osteoporosis or osteopenia. We work to build strength and flexibility and improve balance. Helpful props (but not required) include a mat, foam roller, small fitness ball, light weights, and theraband or Pilates ring.
