PILATES FOR OSTEOPOROSIS
This 55 minute mat class is designed for people with osteoporosis or osteopenia. We work to build strength and flexibility and improve balance. Helpful props (but not required) include a mat, foam roller, small fitness ball, light weights, and theraband or Pilates ring.
