Studio

REFORMED YOGA​​

​

This 55 minute mat class combines the relaxation and mindfulness of yoga, the stability and control of Pilates, and the rhythm and movement of barre, providing a safe and effective alternative to injury-prone exercise. Please bring a mat. Limited props will be available.​

Online

PILATES FOR OSTEOPOROSIS​​

​

This 55 minute online mat class is designed for people with osteoporosis or osteopenia. We work to build strength and flexibility and improve balance. Helpful props (but not required) include a mat, foam roller, small fitness ball, light weights, and theraband or Pilates ring.​
