Build strength and stability and improve balance and circulation. This 55 minute class is designed for people with osteoporosis or osteopenia. Helpful props (but not required) include a foam roller, small fitness ball, theraband and light weights.

This 55 minute class is designed for students with osteoporosis or osteopenia. Create more flexibility without compromising stability of joints and bones. Helpful props (but not required) include a yoga mat, yoga strap and large stability ball.

This 55 minute class rotates through a series of level appropriate exercises, incorporating reformer, tower, mat and barre, emphasizing strength, flexibility and muscular control.
